St. Mary's College is a Catholic Boys College in Negombo, Sri Lanka. The college was founded in 1871 by Rev. Fr. John Visthrini, the Parish Priest of the Grand Street Church.The first school principal was Rev. Fr. F. L. Briton (1906-1914).
