St. Mark's Episcopal Church is a historic church at 3rd and Elm Streets in Hope, Arkansas. The simple wood-frame Gothic Revival church was built in 1904-5 for a congregation organized in the 1880s. It has a modified T shape, with a gabled vestibule area on the north facade. Its stained glass windows are believed to have been designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany.

The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
