St. George's principals through the years
History in the Making
At the beginning of 2006/07 school year David Ennis took over from David Westaway. Mr. Westaway was a much loved principal in the community but after the arrival of Ennis things became even better for St. Georges. Despite decreasing enrollment, in the beginning of 2011 Mr. Ennis brought a new idea to the table. Team U-Knighted. A parent guided initiative to help students increase their participation and leadership abilities. The program has started with a bang. The community of St. Georges looks forward to the continuing success of Team U-Knighted. Although principals switch every 4 years Mr. Ennis had been here for 6 years. He must be doing something right.
