The St. Catherine's Church (Greek: Εκκλησία της Αγίας Αικατερίνης) also known more formally Church of St. Catherine of Alexandria, is the name given to a religious building that is affiliated with the Catholic Church and is located in Limassol, the second largest city of the island nation of Cyprus.

It is a temple with baroque elements, which follows the Roman or Latin rite and was built between 1872 and 1879, and was officially opened on the day of the feast of St. Catherine, on 25 November, with the presence of foreign delegations and Governor of British Cyprus. It depends on the apostolic nunciature in Cyprus created by bull Id semper fuit in 1973 by Pope Paul VI.

It was designer by Francesco da Monghidoro an Italian Franciscan. In 1979 the church went through a restoration process. Religious services are given in Greek and English.
