St Mary's Church is a Roman Catholic church in Lanark, South Lanarkshire, Scotland.

In September 2011, the church's hall was destroyed by fire and had to be demolished. The building was a Category A listed building on Historic Scotland's register. The church building and presbytery are also Category A listed buildings, while the gates to the precinct and the Sisters of Charity convent, which form part of the St Mary's Church site, are Category C listed buildings.
