St Helens Cricket Club was an English amateur cricket club based in St Helens, Merseyside. The club was formed in 1843, making it one of the oldest clubs in Lancashire before its closure. The club folded in 2012.

The club played its home games on Windleshaw Road Cricket Ground, Dentons Green, St Helens.

The club had three senior sides playing in the Liverpool and District Cricket Competition. The 1st XI narrowly missed promotion in 2010 to the first division and played in the newly formed second division of this competition in 2011. The 2nd XI won promotion in 2010 and played in the 1st division of the LDCC on a Saturday. The 3rd XI played on a Sunday, in the 3rd XI Sunday premier division after gaining promotion in 2009.

The 2nd and 3rd XI had new captains for the 2011 season.

The club folded as a cricket club before the start of the 2012 season and resigned from the Liverpool and District Cricket Competition.
