Spring Hill Farm is a historic farm at 263 Meriden Road in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The farm includes 91.5 acres (37.0 ha) of land consisting of fields and woodlands, and a farm complex containing a main house, barn, and other smaller outbuildings. The main house is a 2-1/2 story brick structure built c. 1799, and a barn constructed c. 1929 but incorporating an early 19th century structure, as well as lumber salvaged from other period barns. The property is also notable for its ownership by Maurice Downes, a well-educated farmer who brought improvements in productivity to the area. The farm is one of a small number of extant farms in Lebanon.

The farm was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
