The spouse of the Prime Minister of Iceland refers to the wife or husband of the Prime Minister of Iceland. The current spouse of the Prime Minister is Ingibjörg Elsa Ingjaldsdóttir, wife of Prime Minister Sigurður Ingi Jóhannsson, who has held the position since 7 April 2016.
