Nodding ladies tresses spiranthes cernua
Spiranthes cernua, commonly called the nodding lady's tresses, is a species of orchid occurring from Eastern Canada to the central and eastern United States.

A commonly cultivated variety is Spiranthes cernua var. odorata 'Chadds Ford', grown because of its larger flowers, ease of cultivation, and other merits.

As the common name suggests cernua means "falling over," or "bowed" in Latin.
