Spinetta Malespina (died 1352) was one of the major leaders of 14th century Italy.

Spinetta oversaw the building of the Malestina Castle on the slopes of Mount Grosso which would be key to Antonio Alberigo Malespina gaining control of Massa and Carrara early in the 15th century. Spinetta took control of the castle site in 1340.
