Spilarctia strigatula is a moth in the family Erebidae. It was described by Walker in 1855. It is found in Sundaland, Thailand, Nepal and Burma.

The ground colour is dull brownish red, the forewings heavily suffused with brown and flecked with black.

The larvae feed on Dioscorea, Alternanthera, Commelina, Gerbera, Ipomoea, Musa, Paspalum, Sesbania and Vanda species. They have a dark brown body with pale orange-brown tufts.
