Speyside Corporate Relations[1] is a corporate, financial, and government relations consultancy operating across Latin America and headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
The company was established in 2009 by Mmd Public Relations founder and former chairman Alistair McLeish and Ian Herbison. Speyside’s team has 25 years of experience in global Emerging markets, including Eastern Europe and Africa, and more recently, the Gulf region with particular attention to Iran.
Speyside focuses on supporting foreign direct investors in market entry and expansion in the region, with particular expertise in mergers, acquisitions, green-field investment, and regulatory or legislative issues management.
