Sowy [ˈsɔvɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pakosław, within Rawicz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west/central Poland. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Rawicz and 92 km (57 mi) south of the regional capital Poznań.
