The Southwick House is a historic house at 151 Lowell Street in Peabody, Massachusetts. Although the two story gambrel-roofed wood frame house has been claimed to be built c. 1660 by John Southwick, the son of a persecuted Quaker, it was more likely built c. 1750, based on stylistic analysis.

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
