Southamerican University

Virtual University is an international university, founded and directed by the Engineer Colombian Jose Luis Altahona Santos.

This university is aimed at providing higher education to backward classes in Central and South America and the Caribbean, but welcomes students from any country and any economic level.

As of 2010, it offered more than 20 races and had students and teachers from different countries. It is also engaged in a search for recognition and accreditation to private agencies for surveillance and control of universities that operate under the distance mode and virtual.

Furthermore, according its founder also expect the support of the Colombian State to have the regulations that enable fully legalize the University in Colombia and have the rights that other universities in this country.
