South Horizons West is one of the 17 constituencies in the Southern District, Hong Kong.

The constituency returns one district councillor to the Southern District Council, with an election every four years. Split from the South Horizons constituency in the 1999 election, the seat was last held by independent Andrew Fung Wai-kwong, who resigned in December 2013 due to his appointment as the Information Coordinator of the Office of the Chief Executive. Registrations for the resulting by-election began in February 2014, and Judy Kapui Chan of the New People's Party won a by-election on 23 March 2014.

South Horizons East constituency is loosely based on the western part of the South Horizons in Ap Lei Chau with estimated population of 15,088.
