The South Asian Journal of Human Resources Management, published by Sage, is a peer reviewed academic journal that provides platform for discussion of human resources topics. The journal is listed under Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) 2016 Journal Ranking and is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
It started in 2014 and within 3 years of its publication, it attracts over 75 papers annually with an acceptance rate of 16.5%, attesting to its popularity and quality. In 2015, it published a special issue on 'gender (in)equality in South Asia'.
