History
Soul Burrito is a family owned and operated restaurant chain located in Pennsylvania. Soul Burrito, LLC was created by Obidike Obi Linton and his wife Nicole Linton in York, PA. Both originally from New Jersey the Linton's created Soul Burrito, LLC after they realized that the area was without a diverse product for the area. Originally a Food Truck, Soul Burrito went to several events and won several awards for best food truck in the area. Soul Burrito ownership decided to enhance their product after a few years to open there first restaurant in 2014. The restaurant was featured on ABC27 and FOX 43 multiple times, while Chef Obidike Linton displayed several cooking demonstrations live on the air. Soon after Soul Burrito opened a second third and fourth restaurant within a few years. Soul Burrito, LLC was mentioned in the Town Dish as one of the top 15 restaurants in Harrisburg PA.
