The Sony α7S II (model ILCE-7SM2) is a full-frame mirrorless camera announced by Sony on 11 September 2015.
The ability to record 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution video internally, without the need of additional equipment unlike the older α7 II variation, make it highly desirable for filmmakers.
