Soltaniyeh County' (Persian: شهرستان سلطانیه) is a county in Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 28,266, in 7,282 families. The County has two city: Soltaniyeh and . The County has three rural districts (dehestan): Guzal Darreh Rural District, Soltaniyeh Rural District, and Sonbolabad Rural District.
There is large cave called Katale Khor near the capital city.
