For over 30 years, the Solano County Arts Council (SCAC) has been committed to creating opportunities for people to thrive and to making the arts accessible to all the citizens of Solano County. Solano County has the most diverse cities (Vallejo and Fairfield) in the US. The SCAC supports artistic and cultural activities that serve all of Solano County communities and populations. Folk Artist Workshops and Exhibits, deepen the community awareness of our rich and diverse cultural traditions.
EcoArt, a community art project, showcases amazing art pieces made entirely of found and recycled materials. In so doing, it inspires awareness of the arts as a means of promoting a progressive, environmentally aware community.
