The Slovenian Regional Leagues (Slovene: Slovenske Regionalne Lige) are the fourth tier leagues in the Slovenian football system. They are alternatively operated by the participating clubs' Intercommunal Football Associations (Slovene: Medobčinske Nogometne Zveze – MNZ). The winners are promoted to the 3. SNL.

Regional Leagues

  • Littoral Football League (Slovene: Primorska Nogometna Liga) – The clubs from the Slovenian Littoral region are participating. The league is operated by MNZ Nova Gorica (2016–17).
  • Ljubljana Football League (Slovene: Regionalna Ljubljanska Nogometna Liga) – The clubs from Lower and Inner Carniola regions are participating. The league is operated by MNZ Ljubljana (2016–17).
  • Ptuj Super League (Slovene: Ptujska Super Liga) – The clubs from MNZ Ptuj association are competing. The league was formed in 2012.
  • Styrian Football League (Slovene: Štajerska Nogometna Liga) – The clubs from Styria and Carinthia regions were participating. The league was operated by MNZ Maribor and MNZ Celje. Members of MNZ Ptuj association also participated in this league until 2012. The league ceased in 2014 and was replaced by Slovenian Intercommunal Leagues.
  • Upper Carniolan Football League (Slovene: Gorenjska Nogometna Liga) – The clubs from Upper Carniola region were participating. The league was operated by MNZ Kranj. The league ceased in 2014 merged with Slovenian Intercommunal Leagues.
  • Pomurska Football League (Slovene: Pomurska Nogometna Liga) – The clubs from Prekmurje region were participating. The league was operated by MNZ Murska Sobota and MNZ Lendava. The league ceased in 2013 and was replaced by Slovenian Intercommunal Leagues.
