Sledmere and Croome is a civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is about 7 miles (11 km) north-west of the town of Driffield and covers an area of 2,849 hectares (7,040 acres).

The civil parish is formed by the village of Sledmere and the hamlet of Croome.

According to the 2011 UK census, Sledmere and Croome parish had a population of 377, an increase on the 2001 UK census figure of 197.
