Skrubba is a district (Swedish: stadsdel) in Skarpnäck borough, Stockholm, Sweden. Skrubba has 19 inhabitants as of December 31, 2007.

Skrubba has no permanent housing. An industrial area is on the eastern end of the district, next to the border to Tyresö Municipality. A cemetery and an allotment garden are near to the shore of lake Drevviken. The northwestern part of the district is in the Flaten nature reserve.
