Skeletophyllon dictyograpta is a moth in the Cossidae family. It was described by Roepke in 1957. It is found on Borneo and Java. The habitat consists of lowland mangrove forests, swamp forests and dry heath forests.

The ground colour of the forewings is pale grey with blackish-brown reticulations and a dark area on the dorsum, as well as a submarginal row of square striae.
