Sivamani is a 2003 Telugu romance film produced and directed by Puri Jagannadh on Vaishno Academy banner. Starring Nagarjuna Akkineni. Asin Thottumkal, Rakshitha played lead roles while Prakash Raj plays as negative lead and music composed by Chakri. This film is inspired by Message in a Bottle - the Nicholas Sparks novel and film. It was dubbed into Hindi as Main Balwaan. The film recorded as Super Hit at box-office.

Shivamani (Nagarjuna) is a honest cop in Vizag. He falls in love with Vasantha (Asin), a beautiful lady who aspires to become a singer. There is a mafia guy called Dutt (Prakash Raj), whom Shivamani troubles a lot. Incidentally Vasantha is distantly related to Dutt and both of them belongs to Kerala. In the meantime, Shivamani's mother (Sangeeta) gets paralyzed. Shivamani and Vasantha take her to Kerala to get the treatment of Kerala's Ayurveda specialists. In the process, Dutt gets back to Kerala and he is on the mission to weaken Shivamani by getting Vasantha away from him. The rest of the story is all about how he gets back Vasantha with the help of a newspaper's editor Pallavi (Rakshita).

Plot

Sivamani and Vasanta take her to Kerala to get the states Ayurveda treatments. Dattu is also in Kerala and his mission is to get his revenge by taking Vasanta away from Sivamani. Vasanta becomes mute after Dattu punctures her voice box. The rest of the story is about how Sivamani gets Vasanta back with the help of newspaper editor Pallavi (Rakshitha).
