Sir Thomas Miller, 5th Baronet (baptised 5 May 1731 – 4 September 1816), was an English politician, MP for Lewes in 1774–1778 and Portsmouth in 1806–1816.

In 1770, Miller, formerly of Lavant, near Chichester, bought a country house in Hampshire called Froyle Place with the manor of Froyle.
