Sir Thomas Felton, 4th Baronet (12 October 1649 – 3 March 1709) was an English politician.

He was born the son of Sir Henry Felton, 2nd Baronet of Playford, Suffolk.

He was made Page of Honour from 1665 to 1671, Groom of the Bedchamber from 1671 to 1679, Master of the Household from 1679 to 1708 and Comptroller of the Household to Queen Anne in 1708. He was Member of Parliament for Bury St Edmunds 29 November 1701 – 22 November 1703 and Orford 26 February 1690 – 2 November 1695.

He succeeded his elder brother as 4th Baronet in 1697. He married Lady Elizabeth Howard, one of the daughters and coheirs of James Howard, 3rd Earl of Suffolk, by whom he left one daughter and heir married to John Hervey, 1st Earl of Bristol.
