Sir George Ernest Clark, 2nd Baronet, DL (1882–1950) was the son of Sir George Clark, 1st Baronet of Dunlambert, Belfast. Sir George was educated at Cambridge and was a naval architect. He was Honorary Colonel of the 3rd Searchlight Regiment, Royal Artillery (Territorial Army) between 1939 and 1946 and a High Sheriff of Counties Antrim (1940) and Down (1941).

In business he was Chairman of the Great Northern Railway Company; his father's shipping firm, on which the family's fortunes were built, was wound-up in his father's lifetime.

He was succeeded by his son, Sir George Clark, 3rd Baronet who was succeeded by the 2nd Baronet's brother, Sir Colin Clark, 4th Baronet.
