Simon Carcagno (born March 22, 1976) is a retired American competitor in lightweight rowing. He won a gold medal in the eights at the 2008 World Championships and placed third in the coxless pairs in 2003. He also won a silver medal in the coxless fours at the 2007 Pan American Games.
Carcagno graduated in public policy from Princeton University, where he started coaching rowers back in 2002. In 2008–2009 he became involved with the University of Wisconsin, first as a volunteer coach and since 2014 as an assistant coach. His wife Megan Cooke Carcagno is a fellow rowing coach working with the women's team.
