The silver sweep, Scorpis lineolata, is a species of sea chub native to the southwestern Pacific Ocean from Australia to New Zealand. Adults are found on coastal reefs at depths down to 30 m (98 ft) while juveniles inhabit tide pools and can be found in the brackish waters of estuaries. This species can reach a length of 30 cm (12 in).
