Silla Qhata Quechua silla gravel, qhata slope, "gravel slope", hispanicized spelling Sillajata) is a 5,037 metres (16,526 ft) high mountain in the Willkanuta mountain range in the Andes of Peru. It is situated in the Puno Region, Melgar Province, Nuñoa District. It lies south of Khunurana and southeast of Salla Wanqani.
