Sigmodontomys aphrastus, also known as the long-tailed sigmodontomys, Harris's rice water rat, or long-tailed rice rat, is a species of rodent in genus Sigmodontomys of family Cricetidae. It is known from Costa Rica, Panama, and Ecuador.
