The Siete Viejo gang or also known as Los Sieteros and Los Siete Bandidos is a Latino street gang from Laredo, Texas.

Gang History

The Siete Viejo gang was founded in the late 1970s by U.S. Marine Corps Veterans of the Vietnam War of Mexican Descent from Laredo. After the war they started dealing Marijuana in the streets of Laredo and Stealing Cars then sell it across the Border with the help of Illegal Mexican and Central Americans who were connected with local gangs.During the 1980s Crack Cocaine contraband into the United States cities the Siete Viejo gang have a chance to add a criminal activity on their agenda.During the Colombian Drug Wars in Streets of Colombia against the Medellin Cartel and Cali Cartel the gang make an alliance with the Gulf Cartel in Texas.In 1996 after the captured Juan Garcia Abrego the Siete viejo gang make an alliance with the new leader of the Gulf Cartel Osiel Cardenas Guillen and its armed enforcer gang Los Zetas and Nuevo Laredo smuggler gang Los Tejas. Alliance With Los Zetas

In Late 2003 Siete Viejo Members were paid and hired by Los Zetas then the armed enforcer gang of the Gulf Cartel. The cause was that after the Gulf Cartel leader Osiel Cardenas Guillen was Captured in Mexico, The Sinaloa Cartel was in the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas turf. Siete Viejo gang members Armando Garcia El Cachetes, Rosalio Reta Bart and Gabriel Cardona Ramirez made gangstyle killings in Laredo, Texas against various cells of the Sinaloa Cartel.[2]
