Sierniki [ɕerˈniki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rogoźno, within Oborniki County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Rogoźno, 21 km (13 mi) north-east of Oborniki, and 40 km (25 mi) north of the regional capital Poznań. The village has a population of 280.

According to tradition, Sierniki was the place of the death of King Przemysł II in 1296. Having been severely wounded in the course of his kidnap in Rogoźno, it is said that the king was unable to travel further, and was killed in this place by his captors.
