Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP is a New York City-based securities law firm formed in 1998 by Gregory Sichenzia, Marc Ross, and was joined one year later by Michael Ference before adding Harvey Kesner as Name Partner in 2016. In 2015, the firm opened an office located in both Israel and Budapest, Hungary. The firm provides representation in matters involving the securities industry, as well as general corporate, litigation and arbitration counsel.
