Siah Pelah-ye Sofla (Persian: سياه پله سفلي, also Romanized as Sīāh Pelah-ye Soflá; also known as Sīāh Pelah-ye Parvīz) is a village in Darb-e Gonbad Rural District, Darb-e Gonbad District, Kuhdasht County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.
