Siah Mansur (Persian: سياه منصور, also Romanized as Sīāh Manşūr) is a village in Mamulan Rural District, Mamulan District, Pol-e Dokhtar County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.
