Shuijing Xiang Market is a market in Xining, Qinghai, to the west of Xi Dajie. It contains over 3000 stalls and sells hot breads, mutton dishes and kebabs, fresh fruits and nuts. It also sells rou jia bing or bai niang pi (拜酿皮), a glutinous cold noodle dish.
