Sholokhov Andrey Borisovich is a founder and chief-editor of the Russian newspaper "University News", online newspaper vuzvesti.ru and almanacs "The high school of XXI". An author of a series of books about General Mikhail Skobelev. An honored worker of Culture of Russia, an honored worker of a high school and a government award winner in the education field.
He was born on the 23 September 1950 in Moscow in the family of university teacher and engineer. In 1972 he graduated from Moscow State University of Printing Arts from the editorial-publishing department and in 1982 he graduated from Military-polytechnic Academy from the journalistic department.
Since 1973 works as a journalist in newspapers, magazines, publishing houses. Since 1994 - chief-editor of the newspaper "University News".
