Shih Chi-yang (Chinese: 施啟揚; pinyin: Shī Qǐyáng; born 5 May 1935) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the first Minister of the Mainland Affairs Council of the Executive Yuan, having taken office in 1991.
He is married to Jeanne Li.
