Four Circuit judges and two County Court judges hear cases at the Richard O. Watson Judicial Center in St. Augustine.

Eighteen Circuit judges and 10 County Court judges hear cases at four courthouse locations in Volusia County. Volusia County courthouse locations include: Volusia County Courthouse, DeLand; S. James Foxman Justice Center, Daytona Beach; Courthouse Annex, Daytona Beach; and Courthouse Annex, New Smyrna Beach.

The Seventh Judicial Circuit Court also utilizes the services of Senior (retired) Judges, General Magistrates and Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officers to aid in the prompt resolution of cases.

The primary mission of Court Administration is to provide competent and comprehensive administrative support to the judges of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, while providing the citizens of Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia counties with prompt and courteous service.

Court Administration works closely with the Chief Judge and other judges of the circuit in carrying out administrative responsibilities related to the operation of the circuit and county courts. The Court Administrator’s Office fulfills these administrative duties through the operation of various departments, divisions and program services.
