Sesarethus

Sesarethus (Greek: Σεσάρηθος) was an ancient town of the Sesarethi that remains unlocated. It was most likely ruled by the Thracian Peresadyes. These Sesarethi were Taulantii and not the Sesarethi of the Encheleans. It is mentioned by Strabo and Hecataeus. This tribe was under the effects of Hellenization.
