Sequatchieonline.net is a rural online newspaper in Tennessee, founded in 2006. It focuses on positive news and includes extensive reports on local school and youth sports, as well as other activities in school and the community. Sequatchieonline.net is based in Dunlap, one of Tennessee's fastest growing cities, according to the U.S. Census. The city's population in mid-2005 was estimated by the U.S. Census at 4,681. Sequatchie County's population grew from 8,800 in 1990, to over 13,000 as of July 2006.
