Seibi-en (盛美園) is a landscape garden and nationally designated Place of Scenic Beauty in Hirakawa, Aomori Prefecture, Japan. The garden was laid out between 1902 and 1911. The gardens are attached to the Seibikan (盛美館), mansion of the Seito (清藤) family, a Meiji-period fusion of Japanese and Western architectural styles, with an octagonal turret, a faux marble pillar in the tokonoma, and tatami floors.
