Sega Classics Collection

Sega Classics Collection is a PlayStation 2 compilation that contains new 3D versions of classic Sega titles. The original games were released separately as part of the Sega Ages games in Japan. This game is not to be confused with the similarly titled Sega Genesis Collection, which contains 28 emulated classic games for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis console in their original form including three of the games from this collection (Bonanza Bros., Columns, Golden Axe). It was released in North America on March 22, 2005 and in Europe on February 3, 2006. That's the first title in the Sega Ages series to be also released outside of Japan.
