The Second and Third Division Knock-Out (currently sponsored by quick KENO) is a football competition for teams in the Maltese Second Division and Third Division. In its current format, the teams are drawn into 8 groups. The winners of each group progress to the quarter finals, where the competition continues on a knockout basis.
