Second Lady or Second Gentleman of the Philippines (Filipino: Ikalawáng Ginang o Ginoo ng Pilipinas) is an informal title normally used for the spouse of the Vice-President of the Philippines, coined in relation to the First Lady or First Gentleman (who is almost always the consort of the President of the Philippines). The eldest children of widows or parents that have not remarried carries the role as Second Lady or Second Gentleman.

Several Second Ladies have themselves become First Ladies upon their respective husband's succeeding to the Presidency.
