Sebastian Grønning Andersen (born 20 August 1997 in Aalborg, Denmark) is a Danish footballer, who plays as a forward for Danish Superliga side AaB.

At the age of 19, Grønning was moved to the first team squad on 10 June 2016 and did also sign a full time contract senior contract with AaB.
Grønning got his debut for AaB on 17 July 2016. Grønning started on the bench, but replaced Christian Bassogog in the 66th minute in a 1-1 draw against AC Horsens in the Danish Superliga.
