Scrobipalpa saltans is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Wakeham-Dawson in 2012. It is found on the Falkland Islands.

The length of the forewings is 4 mm for males and 5 mm for females. The forewings are grey-brown with a broad, contrasting darker brown longitudinal stripe from the base to the apex. The hindwings of the males are white with darker brown dorsal and costal streaks in the basal half. The female hindwings are white, without darker scales.

Etymology

The species name refers to its jumping habit and is derived from Latin saltans.
